Jeannette Bellerose, PhD, CMRP

As an independent marketing research consultant, Jeannette has directed numerous quantitative and qualitative projects in the high-tech and telecommunication industry, as well as for the Government of Canada and various sector councils. Jeannette has a proven track record of ensuring that research is directed by the concrete needs of clients and their stakeholders. Her research reports (in either official language) communicate results in a manner that can be readily put into action by managers. She has conducted dozens of focus groups – both traditional in-person sessions and non-traditional web-based sessions – for BPR clients; she can conduct groups in either official language. Jeannette is a Certified Marketing Research Professional.

If you’re going to invest in marketing research, you must be willing to be surprised by the results and be in a position to act upon them. If you cannot meet these two conditions, conducting research can only lead to disappointment, but if you do meet these conditions, it’s a very powerful tool for you and your organization.
